Tyler, the newest member of the EIP family, came on board full-time in August, 2008. In addition to a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communication from Oregon State University, Tyler has a wide background in the field of leadership development. Having worked for the National FFA Organization at the Washington Leadership Conference for three years, Tyler is passionate about serving others and helping them realize their potential.
With education becoming less personal and more standardized, Tyler recognizes a need for educators who invest in their charges. If a student feels valued and is engaged in the learning process, education is no longer a chore. Tyler believes that education should be customized to fit the needs of the student, and in doing so, students will be more likely to become life-long learners. With these philosophies as a guide, Tyler's primary responsibility is to expand the scope of EIP's presence to more student, adult, and corporate audiences.
