overriding goal is to impact the lives of young people by creating
positive change. Our primary approach is to help students tap their own potential through the unleashing of personal talents and
abilities which lay inside, yet undeveloped. To achieve these results

inspire those we teach to look beyond learned attitudes which create barriers to achieving their own potential;
motivate these pupils to passionately pursue dreams, goals, and plans of action; and
teach our students skills which will arm them with new tools for success.
Without
achievement in each of these three areas we have failed those we seek
to serve. The passion of our trainers shines through each
person as he or she interacts with students. Our participants see that we
care about them as individuals. This enables our trainers to build healthy rapport and nurture strong relationships, which leads to
greater student involvement in the learning process. This sincere passion is present in each EIP presenter and is an essential and powerful tool in our arsenal for accomplishment.
