2009 National Convention Trip Information
for California FFA Chapters


Excellence in Presentations has been authorized and assigned to provide the group travel packages to the 2009 National FFA Convention sponsored by the California FFA Association.  We are pleased and proud to have this association with California FFA.  We will diligently oversee every step of the planning, coordination, and execution of the group travel and touring arrangements for the National FFA Convention trip and the pre and post convention trips to New England and Washington, D.C., respectively.  We are looking forward to working with all of you who choose to have local participants benefit from these group travel arrangements.

DEPOSITS FOR TRIP RESERVATIONS may no longer be submitted.  Any FFA Chapter wishing to secure seats on the trip that has not yet made any reservations may now only submit requests for confirmed seat status.  To do so, ALL necessary forms and TOTAL trip payment must be made and received in our office by August 7, 2009.  If you are an FFA Chapter Advisor who has made NO reservations on any trip, but still wishes to secure seats, click here for instructions, procedures, and forms.

CONFIRMING EXISTING RESERVATIONS:  Instructions for confirming existing trip reservations will be sent out by July 23-24, 2009.  These instructions will be sent to the designated Chapter Advisor at each school that holds any trip reservations as of July 20, 2009.  If you are an FFA Chapter Advisor holding current trip reservations and do not receive these instructions by July 24, please contact our Hughson office immediately!  For added convenience, all instructions and forms for confirming existing trip reservations are also available here on this website.  Click here for confirming existing trip reservations.
