Excellence in Presentations has negotiated with a specific technology provider to make this service available to HECT and FHA-HERO at modest rates much lower than any other technology provider we have been able to find in the industry. Anyone may subscribe to the service -- HECT instructors, FHA-HERO Advisors, FHA-HERO members and parents, school administrators -- any interested party! Once subscribed, the service will automatically send you email messages with reminders about upcoming events, deadline dates, special activities, etc. Never miss the submission of an FHA-HERO award application again because the hectic routine caused you to forget about the deadline. SUBSCRIPTION REGULATIONS Individual subscribers -- be they teachers, administrators, parents, FHA-HERO members, etc., -- must attach their subscription to the specific school site where that individual is directly associated with FHA-HERO. If a teacher or administrator, the individual must attach his/her subscription to the school site where employed. If an FHA-HERO member or parent, the individual must attach his/her subscription to the school site where the student attends HECT classes (members will be checked against the official membership roster in the FHA-HERO Financial Services Office). The first individual who subscribes from a specific school site(typically the HECT Department Head and/or FHA-HERO Advisor) must sign up as the "Primary Subscriber" for that school site. Other HECT teachers, school administrators, FHA-HERO members and parents who subsequently sign up from that same school site may sign up as "Secondary Subscribers" at a reduced rate. Every subscriber has the option of adding a second email address to his/her subscription for an additional $2.00 per month. Teachers will find this a particular bargain if they feel it useful to receive the reminder email messages at both their school email address and their home email address.

PAYMENT SECURITY All charges and payments for this subscription service will be handled securely through Paypal, Inc. As soon as any subscriber clicks one of the "Subscribe" buttons below, he/she will automatically be redirected to Paypal's secure server to input payment information. All monthly charges will be executed by Paypal. Subscribers who have a Paypal account will be able to pay for this subscription service through an ACH checking transaction drawn off of your Paypal associated checking account or with any credit card on your Paypal account. Subscribers who are not Paypal account holders will be able to register for secure payments via any credit card he/she owns. Remember . . . even though payment information must be input to initiate a subscription, you will not be charged for this service until your anniversary date during July, 2010.
ANNIVERSARY DATE Paypal will begin to draft payments from individual subscribers during the month of July, 2010, and will continue monthly thereafter on the same date as the date you originally signed up for subscription service. For example, if you sign up for the service on February 20, 2010, your first payment will be assessed on July 20, 2010, and on the 20th of each month thereafter until you cancel your subscription. If you sign up for the service on say, March 3, 2010, your first payment will be assessed on July 3, 2010, and on the 3rd of each month thereafter until you cancel your subscription. And so forth, and so forth. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging on to this web page, selecting the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of this page, and completing the cancellation process on the Paypal secure server. IMPORTANT NOTE: Since the assessment of charges and payments is executed by Paypal, Inc., Excellence in Presentations will have absolutely NO ability to intervene on your behalf once a monthly payment has been assessed.
CONTINUATION OF SERVICE? After the end of the trial period being sponsored by Excellence in Presentations, the company providing the technology for this subscription service will only continue the service if a reasonable amount of subscribers remain on the service. Therefore, it is important to understand, that should there remain only a small number of people interested in maintaining their subscription after July 1, 2010 (or at any future time), the technology provider has reserved the right to cancel all subscriptions and discontinue the service entirely.
How Do I Sign Up?

Cancel Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription to the FHA-HERO Reminder Service, select the "Unsubscribe" button at the right and complete the required information. Some processing time is required to halt your subscription so you may continue to receive reminder emails for 2-3 weeks after your cancellation. However, you will not be charged any additional payments after you properly cancel the subscription.
