young people to be in the best position possible to reach their full
potential by developing their very own inner talents. Once, at the end
of a conference a young man who had worked extremely diligently came to
me in tears because he had grown so much during the activity. He came
from a disadvantaged family and had never been a part of an experience
like the one we were providing. He continues to remind me that the
experiences we provide touch some deep areas that motivate those we
contact to pursue greater heights!"
