These programs are especially effective for small groups which must work together as a cohesive team and provide direction and leadership for an organization.
In this program EIP provides training specifically crafted to your objectives, lodging, recreational facilities, and all meals in a semi-rural setting southeast of Sacramento, California.
Multiple presenters spend time with the group throughout the activity providing instruction and facilitation. Topics typically covered include: teamwork, cooperation, communication, group empowerment, organization, planning, and time management. Retreats can be for any time frame, though 3-5 days is most common. Availability for this program is extremely limited.
As an option, EIP can also bring such a training program to a retreat location of your choosing.
