"creating positive change with a touch of excellence"
integrated leadership development
"The premier leadership training offered through your company's conferences motivated members and prepared them for the wonderful opportunities that awaited them in the FFA organization. Contracting with Excellence in Presentations for your Integrated Leadership Development Plan was a wise decision in developing our members' potential for growth and leadership as they embarked on their endeavors."
John Moffatt,Past State President California FFA Association
The Integrated Leadership Development Plan (ILDP) was conceived by Excellence in Presentations President, Tom Munter, and originally implemented in a California student organization with more than 45,000 members. In that context the ILDP was recognized by a joint resolution of the California Legislature in May, 1995, and has been so recognized multiple times since.
The ILDP is a progressive personal and leadership development program consisting of four unique conference experiences. At its heart is a "building-block" approach that calls on participants to apply what they learned from earlier experiences and challenges them to stretch, grow, and develop as they progress through the program.
The four conferences below make up the ILDP and were designed to begin at the freshman level and continue through to high school graduation.
