People learn best when they are interested and engaged. No one wants to listen to a lecture on personal growth, so we have developed innovative strategies to engage students in what they are learning. Our training utilizes large and small group settings, visual and audio aides, kinesthetic activities, and presenter led discussions to engage students in active learner strategies. Through activities, students discover essential truths and practical skills necessary for a more successful life. Concepts and skills are applied to real life situations and students are encouraged to develop their skills and potential through goal setting and action plans.
Effective success training involves more than a day or two of motivation and instruction. EIP conferences seek to involve key supporters for individual student success by encouraging participants to inform and include parents, teachers, friends, and counselors in follow-up on the student’s individual goals.
